Wellness in the Park
Calling all Young Professionals who are looking to learn the lowdown on wellness basics. A certified yoga instructor will be joining us on Sunday, September 18th at 12:30 pm for a one hour session on basic wellness practices. Please meet us next to the baseball field once you walk down a path past Bay Ridge Parkway and Shore Road.
Please bring a towel or yoga mat with you and come hungry as we will be enjoying healthy snacks to conclude the event.
Cost to participate is $12 and we ask you to pay in advance via the PayPal link here.
